T750 is the entry class for TBoats. It’s a great class to race in with speeds in the 55 to 64 mph range. Many different make and models of outboards are competitive and you race the same boat in both T750 and T850. In T750 we have seen these motors being competitive. - OMC 60 hp twin - the mercury 60 hp triple twin carb - the Yamaha & Mariner 55-60 hp twin. - the 60 hp mercury 4 stroke Here are two videos of the same race...one from a boat racing and the other from shore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNfhDOK ... 4JAYcqIYzv https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pP5XfkLqewY |

Agreed! I would love to see T750 come back. Been thinking more and more about pairing my short shaft 60 4 stroke with a new Critchfield.... |

The T750 can become a very interesting class where T Boat owners could try experimenting with different ideas and different combinations of motors and gearcases. Many TBoat owners have wanted a more run what you bring 60 to 65 mph class. They want to have fun, be competitive and at a low cost. “Code Red” is a light delta with a large case 49 omc. My guess is it’s a 63 to 66 mph boat. It’s much lighter than the critchfield 49 large gearcase in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdsi1bARVZc The camera boat is a delta with a 60 omc twin. In later years the speeds increase in T750 to 60 plus mph. |
